So needless to say, one minute you're ready to throw on your cutest floral dress and the next you're grabbing for the rain boots...

So here are a few 'inbetween' springtime outfit inspirations (a few from some of my fav bloggers)..all leaning more towards Spring of course for some positive thinking ;)

OOTD: BELT it

I have a love/hate relationship when it comes to wearing waisted belts...emphasis more on the hate haha. Sometimes it helps slim my figure and other times it hugs me in all the wrong places. So imagine how surprised I was to see a pic of my OOTD from yesterday and actually think to myself, "HEY..that doesn't look half bad!"

Drapey, elastic-waisted tunic tops don't usually flatter me, but I LOVE the way they look. I ordered this pinky rose tunic top from Charolette Russe awhile ago and wore it once but didn't like the way it looked. So in the back of my closet it went and hadn't seen the light of day since. So yesterday I decided to give it ONE more try but knew I'd have to pair it with a waisted belt. I took a look in the mirror and thought ehhh..it looks alright, and out the door I went.

Fastforward to my OOTD pic and it was love @ first sight. Guess this top is back to stay!

OOTD: Chains...Bows...& Zebra Stripes!

As much as I love my solid color tops, sometimes you just gotta go for that extra UMPH!

I put together this outfit SUPER last minute..aka an HOUR before I had to leave. I was stupidly stressing for almost 2 WEEKS over what I was going to wear to a night out down in Atlantic City with a bunch of friends to celebrate the BF's bday. I searched online and in a few stores, but I didn't want to spend alotta $ and nothing I saw was to my liking. Cut to the final outfit... besides the black cuff bracelet..I ended up using items that were already in my closet.

Black pencil skirt: Forever21 $20
Studded waist belt: TJ Maxx $10
Black heels: Franco Sarto at TJ Maxx $40
Black cuff bracelet: Forever21 $10

This was a casual outfit I put together for a casual Friday @ work. When I first laid eyes on this 'bow-ed' tee shirt, I thought it was super cute and it was on sale and added it to my shopping bag online right away. It reminded me of one of the tops from the Lauren Conrad Kohl's collection..anddd it was muchhh cheaper.

So when it finally arrived in the mail, I wasn't sure how to go about wearing it. Should I dress it up, dress it down, keep it as just a casual tee? So i decided to pair it up with some skinny jeans and heels..always does the trick right? ;)

Creme bow tshirt: New York & Co. $15
Dark skinny jeans: Zara $40
Black heels: Colin Stuart @ Victoria's Secret $30

Product I LOVE: Skinny 'Biker' Jeans

I have had my eye on these bad boys for awhile. No matter what sites/stores I have searched, I can not seem to find a pair for anywhere under $80. I have never ever spent a lot of $ on a pair of jeans. Mostly b/c if I lose OR gain a little weight, the size and fit of the jeans are no longer the same.

So while I was reading up on some missed blogs, I came across one of my fav blogs Just a Bowl of Mouldy Fruit. One of her previous posts was on her dislike for jeans until she came across a similar pair of my much loved biker-esque demin.

I am in LOVE with these gorgeous jeans. If I could I would swim across that little pond called the Atlantic Ocean and buy myself a pair of these ASAP...I WOULD.

Here are more pics of these 'Biker Jeans' that I'm referring to.
